I actually had a friend reference me to this place specifically when I first moved to New York in 2019. I knew that I had to get my teeth checked out. The team is fantastic. They all feel like a family. Everything is so relaxed. People are so helpful, and they're really attentive to just making sure that they always check in on me. That's been the greatest thing.
One specifically that I'm really gracious for is that anytime I'm about to have my mouth open for a long time, they'll put Vaseline on my face, make sure I don't crack or bruise up. If I'm finishing something, they give me a hot wipe to wipe my face off. They care about me as much as I would want them to care about me, because they'll take care of my teeth for sure, but they also make sure that I'm comfortable.
That's the biggest thing about being here is because the small things that are really important because I hadn't had those in other dentists. Everybody that I've worked with has been so like a family in a lot of different ways and been super helpful.
